Staff are amazing but the products are faulty and they have ZERO after sales service. It's basically a well orchestrated scam. I feel bad for writing a bad review about nice people, but the business ethic is terrible and serves to do nothing more than rip off tourists.If anyone else has had this experience please contact me and I will give details of the Consumer Protection cast against this terrible business.Otherwise, prices are good for items that work, and again the staff are great.

The staff at this shop are really friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Kim. What was supposed to be a quick pop-in-and-out visit, ended up being a 45 min chat with very helpful hints and no hard- sell. Wonderful to find such a local store and with such interesting products for sale. Will definitely be back! Thank you

Chock full of well priced and good quality goods to suit all needs. Shop clean and well organised. The service was friendly and staff took the time to chat, share advice and assist with purchases by ordering in items that were not available.
