Absolutely pathetic service, had my Wok burner sent 8 weeks late and also ordered trivets and they sent me wok rings and when called back to swap the product, i was told that they do not make trivets for it.Worse Rep Brain Garcia in WA, never respondent and hardly get back to you. Wish i could give Negative starts but couldn't so had to give 1.Please do not buy stuff off MOFFAT specially the cobra wok burners and stock pot burner.

Bought the high speed oven e2s. I havent used it much because I am still setting up but I am very impressed with Sales rep Quentin who travelled to fremantle twice and took his time and helped me and my team to program the machine and explained everything in detail. He was also quick to respond to text msg and calls.
